Prevue is starting 2010 with the introduction of a great lineup of improved services and new products.

Prevue 3.0

We will begin on January 17, 2010 with the introduction of “Prevue 3.0”. This is the culmination of many months of work to upgrade and improve the underlying structure of all Prevue Web Applications while enabling the introduction of the NEW PRODUCT OFFERINGS described below.

Most of the work in Version 3.0 is “under the hood” but you will see some changes in the interface of both your account and your Customer accounts in the following areas:

• Improvements to the way Prevue reports are added to Activities with resulting changes to the creation and editing of Activities.
• Improvements to the way benchmarks are created for Positions.
• Improvements to Report Viewer to accommodate the new concept of providing Prevue Solutions for Hiring, Development and Corporate Planning.
• Improvements to the management of Candidate data to enable the export of data to Excel.

NOTICE: The upload of Version 3.0 will commence on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 8:00 PM PST (11:00 PM EST) and may interrupt access to Prevue Online Accounts and Testing for 1 to 4 hours.

• Tuesday January 19, 2010 at 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST)
• Wednesday January 20, 2010 at 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST)
• Wednesday January 21, 2010 at 10:00 AM PST (1:00 PM EST)
• Wednesday January 22, 2010 at 11:00 AM PST (2:00 PM EST)
• Wednesday and Thursday of each week thereafter at 10:00AM PST (1:00 PM EST) starting on Wednesday January 28, 2010.

How are Customers being handled?

Attached is a form of notice of the introduction of Prevue Version 3.0 for Customers. We recommend that you endorse the notice on your letterhead and send it to your Customers. You will see the notice offers Go to Meeting Webinars for Customers that will be hosted by Prevue. It is your decision whether you refer your Customers to these Webinars or take on the training function yourself.

AND NEXT - THE NEW STUFF!

The launch of Prevue Version 3.0 is a prerequisite to the release of the following new product offerings in February, March and April.

1. Upgraded Prevue Reports:

First out will be new and improved Prevue reports with a new report pricing
structure. The new Prevue reports:

• Have a new layout with new graphics and report family colors
• Provide you with more information about Prevue Assessments, Prevue Benchmarks and the content of each report.
• Exhibit the new concept of Prevue Report Families based on providing Prevue Solutions for Hiring, Development and Corporate Planning.
• Include new Corporate Career Planning and Succession Planning reports.

2. NEW Candidate Snapshot Report

The second release will be the launch of a new “Candidate Snapshot Report”. This report provides all the testing information you are accustomed to in Prevue Selection and Personal Development reports but without reference to a Prevue Benchmark. It is designed for Prevue Users who prefer not to commit time and resources to develop Prevue Benchmarks for their positions.

3. The Prevue APS offerings

The third and maybe most exciting release will be the launch of new Prevue APS offerings to provide a wide range of applicant processing facilities that are powered by Prevue psychometrics.
